SPECIAL FEATURES OF CATERING SERVICES CLASSIFICATION
The article deals with chronological boarders of catering services appearance as an independent phenomenon in business processes. The definition of catering services is given. The systematic classification of catering services is carried out on the basis of analysis and generalization of the already existing classifications.
