TEN MAIN SIGNS OF INFORMATION SOCIETY EXISTENCE: THE PROJECTION TO RUSSIA
The article deals with the statistical analysis of the Russian regions in an achievement context by 2015 of ten main objectives on a way of construction of the information society, defined on the World summit of delegations of the governments and the international organizations organized on this problem (Geneva, 2003; Tunis, 2005). The author considers an urgency of objects in view for Russia and on this basis typology territories of the country and construction econometric model of regional information society are carried out.
