TENDENCIES IN CHANGES OF PRIORITY IN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PRACTICE
Crisis, which has been started in 2008, raised in front of state, regions and society in general a lot of questions that have no simple answers. These questions concern causes of crisis rising, searching suitable ways of struggling with crisis, elaboration of mechanisms that can prevent the economy from such crisis in the nearest future. What concerns corporate management, there appears such questions like what was the influence of crisis on corporate management, what are the prospects and directions of its developing, what role that corporate management can play in reestablishment of economy. These issues are discovered in the article.
