IMPROVEMENT OF THE SUPERVISING SYSTEM OVER FINANCIAL MARKET MEMBERS IN RUSSIA IN THE PERIOD OF ECONOMY GLOBALISATION
In this article the necessity of reformation in the control system over members of financial market in the conditions of globalisation is reviewed; the survey of foreign experience in mega-regulators functioning is made; the functions, aims and structure of the forming Russian mega-regulator of financial market are determined.
