ANALYSIS OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY STATE POTENTIAL AS A FACTOR OF ECONOMIC GROWTH
Dominating idea in formation of modern economical growth model is an innovational constituent, that acts as the single entity of innovational processes, products, services, practical skills, science, knowledge and inventions system. Innovational orientation of economic growth comes as a significant scientific problem. This can be explained by a special role, that innovations play in reproduction process, and innovational constituent - in the economic growth mechanism. In spite of great interest in innovational activity in scientific literature, many theoretical and methodological problems of innovational process are still not developed. Innovational constituent of economical growth that can be presented as a complete unity of economic objects, subjects and systems, demands a special type of economical behavior, new priorities of science and technical policy and a special philosophy of innovative thinking.
