Conceptual base of balanced metrics adaptation to regional level of economy (by example of Samara Region)
The article offers a conceptual approach to adaptation the methodology of balanced metrics to regional level of economy. By the example of Samara region the possibilities of integrating balanced metrics into the region’s information area are shown, as well as the ways of diagnosing the results of managerial decisions at the stages of reaching long-term goals of region’s development strategy.
