Personnel policy is the part of general company policy and should suit its development concept. Developing the new personnel policy oriented at organizing social management is of great importance. The article is devoted to studying various approaches to company’s personnel policy. The author defines socially oriented personnel policy and reveals the place of socially oriented personnel policy in the company as an open system.
