THE PREREQUISITES OF FORMING THE COMPLEX OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICE IN AGRICULTURE
The author shows the necessity to correct all the components of the system of training the agriculture personnel as well as the managers and the specialists of agricultural production. Additional professional education providing the increase of qualification of all personnel categories is suggested as a deep and operational system. The special role is given to the evaluation of personnel management, material and technical re-equipment of the system of training and re-training of the lecturers of educational institutions, masters of industrial education.
