INSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS OF FORMATION OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
In this article the author considers theoretical preconditions of formation and development of hierarchical structure of management. Also the author shows dominant institutional mechanisms in perfect corporate governance.
