Personnel marketing is not yet used widely in Russia, or it is understood in its narrow meaning, as recruiting workforce for the company as needed. Personnel marketing meaningfully extends the functions of classic marketing into the area of HR management. The objective of personnel marketing is optimal utilization of labour resources by providing a favourable working environment to match performance and encourage the development of a loyal attitude in each employee towards the company, as well as to source human resources of required profile.
