The market of retail bank services is swiftly developing nowadays in Russia. Home banks have a problem of forming an optimum client basis, working out and promoting services for private persons. This article considers and analyses possible ways of attraction and keeping of clients, considers in details the basic channels of realization and promotion of retail bank products in the domestic market.
