CLUSTER ANALYSIS AS THE BASIS OF BUDGET FORECASTS
The article suggests the methodology of forecast considering structural, dynamic and institutional changes in economy of municipal units with the help of cluster analysis. For the first time an algorithm of complex forecast of Samara oblast development has been tested and designed. The method is based on official statistical data. The forecast includes budget prognosis in the way of underlying of structural, dynamic and institutional changes which take place in municipal areas.
