DEVELOPING THE MAIN POINTS OF THE TRANSACTION COSTS THEORY
The author suggests the institutional analysis of the main points of the theory of transaction costs. The notion to the definition of the transaction costs is given and their interaction with the main points of the traditional economic theory is described. The broad understanding of the transaction costs concept in the institutional environment is studied. The given model illustrates the consequences of nonzero transaction costs.
