THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN RUSSIAN COMPANIES HAVING STATE AS A STOCKHOLDER
This article is relevant at present, because most large Russian companies have a tendency to strengthen the influence of the state as a stockholder and this effects characteristic features of the corporate governance in such companies.
