THE SYSTEM OF MANAGING THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES IN JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES
The necessity in the systematic approach in managing the financial resources in joint-stock companies is proved. As a result the system of managing the financial resources of the joint-stock companies responsible for certain principals and able to increase the effectiveness of its activity is developed.
