The market of retail bank services is swiftly developing currently in Russia. Domestic banks have a problem of forming an optimum client basis, working out and promoting services for private people. This article considers and analyses possible ways of attracting and retaining clients, considers in details the basic channels of realization and promotion of retail bank products in the domestic market.
