THE INFLUENCE OF SOME FACTORS ON THE CLINICAL COURSE OF TUBERCULOSIS IN SAMARA REGION
The authors reveal the results of the statistical investigation of 350 clinical histories of the nephrotuberculosis patients that had a course of hospital treatment in Samara Tuberculosis hospital N 1 in the period from 2002 – 2006. With the help of the linear probability models the factors influencing the course of the disease are revealed. This information will help to increase the efficiency of making the diagnostics and treating the nephrotuberculosis patients. The authors conclude that in order to diagnose the nephrotuberculosis early, optimize the work with risk groups, and monitor the patients, it is necessary to create a special centre of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in Samara region.
