METHODIC APPROACHES TO DEVELOPING THE INDICATORS OF STABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION
The paper studies the world and Russian experience of developing the indicators of stable development that make it possible to include the ecological factor in the system of social and economic indicators of the development at all the levels – federal, regional, local. The methodological approaches and the aims of using the indicators are defined. The necessity to develop regional indicators is proved.
