COORDINATING THE LABOUR CAPABILITY BY MARKETING SYSTEM IN THE ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

Marketing the personnel as an organic component of the enterprise, focused on interaction of subjects of the market, and a subsystem of the general marketing – the system of a labour market is considered. The conclusion that, success of enterprise activity directly depends on efficiency of functioning of marketing of the personnel which adjusts internally and externally by maintenance of conformity of the price of abilities to work to expenses for their reproduction, is made.
