FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE MODELS OF MANAGEMENT OF BRANCHES MHC OF THE CITY: HOUSING AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES
The article is devoted to questions of development of effective models of management by branches of a housing-and-municipal complex of city. As alternatives, social and market models of management of city MHC are offered. Offered models take into account condition of housing and municipal services and the social and economic level of development of city. Application of models is carried out by means of use of economic, technical and social mechanisms of management by branches MHC. Use of offered models allows us to take into account features of city most full.
